Riding with a backcountry pack....Clapsable poles straped to the pack, oh no a wipe out....deep pow, is there a easy method to get access to the poles to assist in getting righted and up ?
I have rode with the poles, but do like hands free.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.\

I guess putting the poles in an easier access place so when the pack is off might work.

I do have an easy method once the pack is off, I was looking for a method that would not require taking the pack off.
I may have to experiment with a quiver type sling.
