Greetings, snowboard gang. I need equipment advice. Here are the facts. I am 56 years old, 6'tall,185lbs. I am intermediate/advanced. I DO NOT jump, mogul, terrain park, etc. but rather CRUISE blues and blacks all day long. I will soon master switchfoot. I have a 161cm K2 Recon Riser "S" Class board. My problem is my K2 Rival HB clicker boots are worn out and there are no clicker boots left in the world in which I am interested. I have two sets of HB Magma PRO clicker bindings which are in great condition.I also used straps on the front boot. At any rate ,I've enjoyed the K2 clicker system but now I need all of you pro's out there to recommend boots and bindings (and even a board if you do not favor my K2 Recon)that matches my stats and boarding style. Thanks for your help.

If you really don't want to swap out, have you had a reconditioning evaluated on your cherished K2 boots?

Not really the same thing, some people don't mind redoing a mid sixties vette or a 68 or so Lamborgini Jalpa.

You may want to find a person/company (Lib-tech historically had some very long decks) that understands snowboards/equipment for taller people. I love the Peter Line/32 boots (ultra light) but it may not work for a bigger person.

Boas get a lot of great positive feedback for ease of use and functionality.
