a bit, there`s lots of good info. I suggest the `adviser` and `technical` (along the top) menu items. Keep in mind this site is written by people whose primary language is French so don`t bag on them due to grammar and misspelled words. (This is not a plug for Hammer, they just have some good info on their site.)
ANGLE STANCE:
It is hard to give an ideal standard stance as it depends on many criteria. If you have no idea what your stance is, you can always start with the following as it is a very safe combination: 25? on the front foot and 0? on the back foot.
Changing the angle on the front foot will not affect your style but eventually your comfort.
However a few degrees on the back foot will definitely affect your style: - less angle puts more pressure on the backside edge. - more angle increases smoothness during frontside turns.
Depending on your morphology and technique, you will find your own unique stance. But try to stay within the following angles: 20 to 33 ? on front foot / 10 to -12? on back foot, as they are proven to be safe for your body, and keep a minimum of 15? between your feet, as it is comfortable.

that my back angle makes an incredible difference as opposed to the front (if front angle is close to rear, riding switch is easier - don`t apply to freeride though, I guess) . I`ve found for long freeride running keeping the back angle down helps reduce thigh burn (and increases stability). Of course this is all screwed if you`re powder running! It`s all down to how you feel about the ride - take a hour or 2 and ride the same run with different setups, it might seem like wasting time but if you hit the perfect setup for you you`ll appreciate it for the rest of the season. It is all personal though, just have a muck around and see what feels good.

you. And yes, he was asking about freeride, IME, + on front and - on back = bad freeride setup, especially powder. 25F & 5B is a good place to start for a free ride setup. Less than 15 degrees between front and back bindings gets uncomfortable and is not a very natural stance. Try standing with your feet running almost parallel, now put a little angle in there and see which feels more natural and comfortable.

I use 6 degrees forward on the rear binding and 9 degrees forward on the front binding. Rest assured, if you`re experiencing knee pain, your binding angles are wrong.

things and not conditioned for it, like Mnt biking. It kinda feels like the lubracation in my knee`s have just been worked to much. Is this what you are refering to? If so then maybe i should change angles, I`m quite confortable w/ this angle though. Tell me what you think.

A change of only 3 degrees could be all it takes to totally aleviate knee pain.
