I think boards are pretty sturdy - they have to be.
clicker is cool because the connection points from the boot-binding are at the boards edges and not the sides like the switch, this definitely helps stop powerloss when edging/turning

Sking is more versatile when it comes to flat spots or uphill sections. Split boards negate this a little.
The SM's are nice boards. Good for pow and groomers.The only problem I had with mine was it lost it's flex after about 50 days riding.
