Some dudes seling some Burton Custom bindings, that use the large cloth X strap across the boot. I'm not sure what year it is, but I want some decent bindings, and these are only $45. Good deal?

Hey, thanks for having me breezz, good site here.

Well, it's my first binding purchase, and I've heard that Flows tend to loosen over time, I'm wondering if these do the same. How tight is that big X strap compared to two plastic straps?

Ay, I got no experience with the x-strap I'm afraid. Perhaps another member here does?

I would assume they're stronger

Apparently that is a Flow binding. I thought it looked like it but the dude was advertising it as a Burton Custom, and me being a snowboard gear noob figured maybe Burton had made one with a cloth strap like that. Wooooops.
