Okay, so I'm riding in about 2 feet (no lie) of powder and I fall. Unsnap the step-in to extract my board, then slam the board down to make a little platform to step in again. But as I step in, the board shifts, my feet shift, etc. Does anyone have a tried-and-true technique for doing this cleanly? Something in the Step 1-Step 2-Step 3 format would be much appreciated. Thanks, Marc PS I'm expecting a bunch of comments from ardent strap-in users, but let's keep them civil, eh?

All bindings, step in or strap have problems in those conditions. There is no clean technigue. Only take the binding off when you are stuck as a last resort.
