Hello all
can you please help me a bit?Couz I got this situation,I got burton freestyle bindings size M,boots Vans size 9usa,and my board is XTC - the glare 154cm,waist width-25cm
And when put the boots in the bindings I see that the front part ot my boots, are sticked out of the board. So I think this is overhang, right? It is something like 1cm-2cm overhang. Can u tell me if I need wide board and and what choice I can have...got some money so maybe I will buy board. But can I combine freestyle bindings with freeride snowboard?Or I need 2 go gor freestyle?
And the last thing...very important, what kind of board to buy???Please helo me if you can.Tnx

Freestyle bindings should give you more ankle movement. You may be able to move the disc that connects your bindings to the snowboard around 1/4th to 3/8ths of an inch towards the heelside edge to slightly reduce toeside boot overhang. How much is your boot heel overhanging over the edge?

Well i can change the angle but dont wanna.Set my bindings to 15degree both, and I like it like this. Think wide board will be better? Its overhanging like 1 inch. And btw I think freeride board its better for me,but can I combine this freestyle type of bindings with freeride board?

If your toes are overhanging 1 inch and no overhang on the heel, it may be possible to move the binding to reduce toe overhang.

Pretty much any binding will go on any board nowadays(since the 4x4 system).
