Do you know any technical details of how to make a snowboard? I`m a student teacher from Edge Hill College, near Liverpool I`ve just been given a assignment for Product Analysis and would like to look into the materials and processes involved in the manufacture of snow boards. Have you ever worked for a board manufacturer? Do you know the technical ins and outs of manufacturing a board? How about the correct names of the materials? (Not trade names) How are the cores constructed to provide the correct amount of twist and flex in the required directions?

I believe I ran into another site last year or so that also showed you how to make your own snowboard. But I don`t remember the URL.
