Does anyone know how to fix a delamination ?

I was waxing this evening and my board has a bubble about the size of a dime, how do you fix it ? Is there information about this problem ?

Poke a hole in the middle of it, squirt some 5 minute epoxy into it with a syringe, place piece of wax paper over it, clamp between a block of wood.
