Does anybody know where I can find info on how to give an old snowboard new art?

Well sand the top sheet a bit until it`s scratched all over (not too deep) Paint it with polyurethane or epoxy paint that will last. or acrylic paint and last step which will make it last: epoxy varnish in multiple layers ( sprayed or brushed) sanded between each layer until you get a perfect finish..
Note that this kind of work lasts long if you respect certain things: no big pressure on nose/tail ( cracks the varnishes) so freestyle boards not recommended. Note too that the scratches are easier to put on a varnish than on the original ABS topsheet.

goes shopping. You can have fly new stylez every week if you want too. Just stick it on, trim around the edges, and ride. Hey, I could write manuals for Burton
