Need some pointers of front flips. I cant seem to get enough rotation on my Front Flips to land it well. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I have never planned and proceeded to do an inverted arial. My guess is maybe your upper body rotation might need to be intensified.

To do a front flip its all in the initiation of the flip. The way I do a front flip is when riding flat base and approaching the area I want to front flip off of I rock back to my tail to load my weight back and as soon as I rock back shift your weight forward twards your nose (Basicly you are going to be doing a nollie and then front flipping) and as you spring into your nollie you want to drop your front shoulder towards the nose of your board and commit. Thats it!! Flips aren't that difficult they just require commitment to the trick.

I guess I chicken out and don't throw my shoulder far enough forward.
I will keep it in mind next time I try
