Any advice on using a snowboard to do sand dunes?

Oh yes, lean backwards instead of forwards to stay upright - I heard with sandboarding the tip of the board gets easily burried in the sand.

Where are you planning to sandboard, PerryRObray?

use alot of wax about 3x as much as you usaually would. if it sounds like a lot of wax it probably isnt enough. you are basically taking your snowboard and putting it on a belt sander. oh and cover up skin and sand dont really mix at high speeds.
Its not where you ride, its how you ride.
