Condo faces the ski-slope, ski right to and from the door! Ground floor door is 25 feet from the groomed slope. Fully furnished, super clean, thick wall to wall carpeting, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, Cable HBO TV, VCR, cordless phone, fold out couch in living room, fold up cot, Queen bed in bedroom with big closet. Cozy, clean, 531 SqFt. Full bath, bedroom and Living room and fully equipped kitchen. This is a 3 room unit with large closets. Sleeps 4 comfortably and a maximum of 5. Clean, efficient, reliable electric heat with thermostats in every room. Private parking lots (well plowed). Walkways shoveled.
2 1/2 hours from Manhattan. No slobs, no rowdies, no partiers, no pets and: NO SMOKING. This place was made for SKIING/Boarding.
20% Deposit required to hold reservation. Full payment required 2 weeks before date of stay. We accept money orders or travelers checks or credit cards, no checks.
Rate: $180 per weekend nights, $80 per weekday nights, 2 night minimum. Holiday weeks all available. Holiday weeks there is a 5 night minimum. You must clean up after yourselves to avoid a $75 cleaning charge Wash used linens, towels, dishes; vacuum, clean kitchen, etc. It usually take me about 30 minutes to do it all.
