I dunno if I would put an Air 6.1 in the classic stage. I would maybe put the prior year boards in, but I think of 1989/1990 as the end of the classic era

3 years or so later, anyways.

The 1989/1990 decks seem very similar to the airs till at least 1992/1993. This was a popular style till the so called modern day twin tips arrived around the mid 90's. These can be considered classic as I have not seen this style in over a decade pretty much probably (unless you are using the"it has to be 20 years old rule"
